How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for next-day delivery on orders placed before 2 PM.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive your shipping label.
Are your cookware products dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel and silicone products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing cast iron and high-carbon steel knives to preserve their longevity and finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all regions within the UK and Europe. We are working on expanding our delivery network to North America and Oceania in the near future.
