Discover the bold, spice-led flavours of Middle Eastern cooking in this vibrant hands-on class. Working with fresh herbs, warming spices and contrasting textures, you’ll prepare a colourful spread of dishes designed to share and recreate confidently at home.
Sample Menu :
- Homemade Falafel – crisp, herb-packed chickpea fritters with a golden crust and soft, fragrant centre.
Spiced Lamb Koftas – juicy skewers blended with warming spices and fresh herbs, cooked until beautifully charred.=
Muhammara – a smoky red pepper and walnut dip enriched with pomegranate molasses and olive oil.
Homemade Amba Sauce – a tangy, gently spiced mango sauce that adds brightness and depth.
Fattoush Salad – a fresh mix of chopped vegetables, herbs and toasted flatbread with a citrus and sumac dressing.
Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Or buy from the store)
