This Scanpan Maitre D' Dutch Oven 20cm has a multi-layer construction that provides quick and even heat distribution and an 18/0 steel base, making it suitable for use on all hob types including induction. The elegant and stylish copper exterior is complemented by an 18/10 stainless steel interior, riveted stainless steel 'stay cool' handle and polished stainless steel lid.

Please note: exposure to water, salt and day to day use can make the surface of copper discolour over time. Most professional kitchens will leave this to build up a patina over time, which has a lot of character! If you would like your copper pans to shine, they should be buffed-up with copper polish after cleaning.
