Season Cast Iron Griddle Pan Blackberry

The durable Season Cast Iron Griddle Pan was designed by our cooks and chefs for high heats and tasty sear lines. The interior is a unique enamelled formula that protects the iron, so no seasoning needed, but is a very matte texture that grips oil. This means that whilst with many conventional griddle pans the oil would just run between the grooves and in effect not be of much use, the raised sear bars of the Season Griddle's interior will retain oil and create a perfect and delicious sear.
