These spice mills are suitable for salt, pepper and other dried spices. The ceramic mechanism is easily adjustable for a fine to coarse grind. Simply remove the brushed stainless steel lid, invert and twist to grind. The inverted design (the mechanism is at the top) means no more bits of pepper on your tablecloth.
