Vaello Campos Induction Paella Pan
Traditional paella pan, made in Valencia - the city where paella originated, in Spain. The polished steel surface of the Vaello Campos Paella Pan helps create the perfect texture and delicious flavours. (When you get a crust to form at the bottom of your paella, you're really cooking!) Generously sized, the handles at each side make lifting it when full easy.
Care instructions: Use a sponge or brush and warm water to clean your pan. (If you must use washing up liquid, not the end of the world - but you will strip all the oils away that protect the pan and provide a degree of non-stick) Dry the pan thoroughly after washing it (we put ours back on a gentle heat for a minute) and then wipe it with a bit of vegetable oil to keep it seasoned and ready, just like on a cast-iron pan.
